15 minutes of fame

My family went to the local ice rink to celebrate KPTS-Channel 8’s 40th anniversary. Our girls took the chance to meet Curious George and Clifford, the Big Red Dog, and the four of us even got to ice skate, if ever so briefly, before the rink cleared for a good cleaning.

While we were there, we registered to win one of several prizes. Lo and behold, we actually won something: a chance to tour the KPTS studio and tape our very own greeting! How fun is that?
